With a registered capital of 50 million RMB, the company was jointly founded by Guangzhou Dongsheng Machinery Co., Ltd., Xiangyang Jisheng Machinery Co., Ltd., Hangzhou Dongde Sheng Investment Co., Ltd., and one individual shareholder (a Taiwanese businessman). The company covers an area of 110,000 square meters and has three joint ventures located in Shiyan, Wuhan, and Dalian: Xiangyang Dongsheng (Shiyan) Machinery Co., Ltd., Wuhan Dongtaisheng Machinery Co., Ltd., and Dalian Yousheng Automotive Components Co., Ltd.
