On March 19, the appointment ceremony for 2024 technical experts and skilled craftsmen, as well as the mentor-apprentice program, was held in the employee training room of Xiangyang Dongsheng Machinery Co., Ltd. To enhance the systematic management knowledge of personnel in company management positions, broaden their thinking horizons, and improve their overall competence and innovation capabilities, the company organized a five-day intensive training session on innovative management for management staff from April 29 to May 3.

On March 14, the appointment ceremony for 2023 Technical Experts and Skilled Craftsmen, as well as the mentor-apprentice program, was held in Conference Room No. 1 at Xiangyang Dongsheng Machinery Co., Ltd. To continuously promote the development of a dual-track career advancement system for employees, and in accordance with the company’s relevant regulations, a total of 10 Technical Experts and 10 Skilled Technicians were selected through comprehensive evaluation in 2023.
