In order to create a stage for employees to display their talents and strengths, and at the same time strengthen the company's talent echelon construction, the company organized and carried out welding technicians in the manufacturing technology department, quality management department, and manufacturing department from August 18th to 25th. Recruitment and selection of on-site technical/management personnel such as welding instructors.
This activity is mainly aimed at employees of the company's on-site production departments (manufacturing department, quality inspection department, painting department, packaging department, etc.) who are under 28 years old and have a college degree or above. And the latter part of the interview consists of three parts.
1. Promotion and mobilization meeting of competition activities
2. EQ and logical thinking test
3. EXCEL and PPT training
4, EXCEL and PPT operation test
5. Competitive interview
There were 14 candidates for this application, and a total of 12 completed all the links. After the activity is over, the results will be weighted to sum up the final results of the competition.
The specific results are announced as follows:
Manufacturing Technology Division Welding Technician: Wei Mingwei;
Quality in charge of Quality Management Section: Xie Chao;
Welding Instructor of the Manufacturing Department: Due to the unsatisfactory overall performance, this time I will not be selected, and continue to observe in the original position.
Supplementary note:
Ruan Guojing and Guo Xu were transferred from the welding and assembly line of the manufacturing department to the quality inspection department to study and observe;
Yao Xuan was transferred from the packaging department to the manufacturing department to work and observe the welding line.
After the above personnel are transferred to a new position, there will be a 3-month post inspection period. After the inspection period, they will be transferred to the corresponding new position if they pass the evaluation. If they fail, they will be transferred back to the original position.
