Since the company's first internal trainer training in May 2016, Xiangyang Dongsheng's internal trainer has been established for three years. After more than two years of precipitation and accumulation, it has independently developed more than 40 enterprise core courses.

With the development and growth of the company, in 2018, there are 12 potential reserve internal trainers selected by the department to participate in the certification training and course development. So far, 22 brain maps and 10 first draft PPTs have been submitted. It is expected that all PPTs will be finalized before November 8, and the internal trainer certification will be completed in December.
