For example, Xiangyang SunRise sponsors the FSC (Formula Student China) team of Xiangyang Automobile Vocational and Technical College all the year round to help students innovate and start businesses. In 2018, the Xiangqi FSC team achieved the seventh place in the national university team competition and the first place in the national university's most influential ranking. At the same time, the company intends to donate some welding equipment, molds, etc. for the teaching of automobile manufacturing and assembly to promote teaching and learning.

In terms of enterprise-school cooperative employment, Xiangyang SunRise has established Dongsheng's modern apprenticeship system, placing more than 10 graduates every year to engage in front-line management and technical positions. In addition, it has established an internship training base with Xiangqi, Xiangzhi and Xiangyang Technician College, and accepts about 200 productive interns every year. And accept the college teachers' temporary training, 60 people per year, effectively combine theory and practice.
